OAM includes a function set (Y.1731, 802.1ag, 802.3ah) that continuously monitors physical connections and virtual circuits, helping network administrators quickly identify issues. Together, these features enhance network reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain a consistent, high-quality service experience.

The DIS-210G-06 supports dual power supplies, and each is capable of independently powering the device. The redundancy ensures continuous operation when one power source fails, which minimizes shutdown risk and maintains network performance.
