General troubleshooting steps for the DSM-330
Many problems can be resolved by trying one or more of thesuggestions below:
- Exit the DivX Connected Server application,then restart it again
 - Turn the DSM-330 off and back on again
 - Turn your router or modem off and back on again
 - Restart your computer
 - Press the 'Setup' button on the remote, then choose 'RestoreFactory Default Settings' on the second page
 - Reinstall the latest version of the DivX ConnectedServer software
