What is D-Link Wi-Fi Mesh?
The AQUILA PRO AI Mesh routers let you mix-and-match with AQUILA PRO AI Mesh enabled extenders to create a seamless network that covers every corner of your home. After adding a Mesh extender to your AQUILA PRO AI router’s wireless network, you have the same Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password for your wireless client devices. With the D-Link Wi-Fi Mesh network, the dead zones are permanently eliminated, thus you can move around your home when video chatting, streaming entertainment, browsing the Internet, and more with less Wi-Fi disruption.
If you choose to set up the D-Link Wi-Fi Mesh, the Mesh router and Mesh extender communicate and transfer information including the Wi-Fi SSID, Wi-Fi passwords, Wi-Fi security type and router’s login passwords. Make sure your Wi-Fi client devices support 802.11k/v protocol to enjoy the seamless roaming in your mesh network created by AQUILA PRO AI devices.
