How do I remove my AQUILA PRO AI Wi-Fi router or range extender from my D-Link account?

If you no longer own your routers or range extenders, you can safely remove them from your D-Link account. To remove your device from your D-Link account, please follow the steps below:

Note: a factory reset will be performed on the device to delete all personalized settings including the admin password, Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and security settings.

Method 1: Use the AQUILA PRO AI app.

Step 1: Turn off the AQUILA PRO AI device.

Step 2: Make sure your mobile device has Internet connectivity and then log in to the AQUILA PRO AI app with your D-Link account.

Step 3: Tap to choose the Location where your device is located.

Step 4: Select the device you would like to remove, and then tap Remove Device. Your device will then be removed from the device list immediately.

Method 2: Press the reset button on the device.

Step 1: With the unit turned on, use the end of a paperclip to press the reset button until the color of LEDs changes.

Step 2: The unit resets and reboots automatically. Next time when you log in to your device again, use the default login credential on the device label.
