What can I do if I can’t log in with 2FA when the maximum number of trusted devices has been reached?
Once two-factor authentication is enabled, you can have up to 20 trusted devices including phones, tablets, and computers. If the maximum number of trusted devices has been reached and you can’t log in on a new device, please follow any of the methods below:
- Delete trusted devices:
You can manage your trusted devices in the AQUILA PRO AI app on any trusted devices. Delete the devices that you no longer need so that it will allow more trusted devices later.
- Forgot Password:
Changing account passwords will delete all trusted devices for two-factor authentication. If you can’t manually delete trusted devices in the AQUILA Pro AI app on any trusted devices, tap Forgot Password when you log in to the app to reset your account password. Please note you will be signed out of the app on all devices that use this account and then be required to authenticate again.
