What can I do if I can’t receive push notifications from the AQUILA PRO AI app?

If you don’t receive any push notifications from the AQUILA PRO AI app, please try any of the troubleshooting steps below:

 

  1. Check if the Notification feature is enabled under your AQUILA PRO AI account.
  2. Reboot your phone or tablet. Turn your mobile device completely off and back on again.
  3. Make sure Do Not Disturb is off on your iOS or Android settings.
  4. Check if your D-Link device is online and the automation is enabled with “push notification” as an action.  You won't get notifications if your D-Link device has no Internet connectivity.
  5. Check if the Notification permission is granted for the AQUILA PRO AI app on your mobile OS settings.
  6. If you still have issues, you may need to reset your AQUILA PRO AI app. Do this by deleting the app from your device. Then, go to the App Store or Google Play store, find the AQUILA PRO AI app and reinstall it.
