What can I do if I didn’t receive verification emails after creating a new D-Link account?

Step 1: Search for the email in the SPAM:
Use the search feature to search your inbox for the name "D-Link". If it isn’t in your inbox, check the other folders in your email account. A spam filter or email rule may have sent the email to the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.

Step 2: Resend the email:
Resend the verification email from the AQUILA Pro AI app if you didn’t find the email. Simply Resend and we will send an email to your email address.

Step 3: Make sure that you’re getting email:
If you’re not getting any email, you might need to contact your email service provider for help.

Note: You must activate your D-Link account via the verification email within 7 days. If not, you will need to send another verification email.
